Console Does Not Power Up After Battery Change

If he console does not power up after a battery change, remove the batteries in the console for a full minute, and then reinsert them.
Before inserting the batteries, make sure the spring is correctly seated.
Try another set of fresh batteries.
If the problem persists, the console needs replacing. We have a one year warranty.
