A: YES! There is no cost for this service and the instructions are shown/listed below

Steps:

1. Create a CWOP ID: https://ambientweather.com/faqs/question/view/id/2335/
   
   
2. Create an account at http://AmbientWeather.net and add your weather station
   
   
3. Create an How Do I Generate An API Key For Third Party Applications?
   
   
4. Signup at https://ambientcwop.com/
   
   
5. Check your email and click the link to confirm your account
   
   
6. Login into your newly confirmed account
   
   
7. Add your Ambient Weather API key
   
   
8. Select the CONFIGURE button
   
   
9. Add your CWOP ID and select the update Interval
   
   
10. Your Ambient Weather station is now reporting to CWOP
