Radio Controlled Clock (Atomic Clock) Is Not Updating, WS-2801 Series.

  1. The sensor receives the radio controlled time and sends it to the console. For the radio controlled clock to work, you must have one or more sensors communicating to the console.
  2. Check the remote sensor for the Radio Controlled Clock (RCC) icon:
  3. If the sensor is receiving the signal (icon is on), try moving the sensor closer to the console.
  4. If the sensor is not receiving the signal (icon is off):
  5. Make sure the sensor is not near or surrounded by metal.
  6. Try moving the sensor to a new location to receive a clear line of sight to the WWVB clock in Colorado.
  7. If the problem persists, please reference:Clock Never Synchronizes To The Atomic Clock, Is Off By Increments Of An Hour, Or Does Not Adjust To Daylight Savings Time (DST)
