The Remote Sensor Is Not Communicating With The Console.

  1. If the sensor is not communicating with the console, confirm the sensor is on Channel 1 and all of the dip switches are in the down position.

  2. Press the reset button. The red LED under the sensor cover will flash about once per minute.
  3. Take the pool and spa thermometer out of the water, and place it about 10 feet from the console.
  4. Power down and up the console by removing the batteries, count to 10 and reinstall the batteries. Do not touch any buttons for several minutes.
