Weather Cam Tab
View your current time-lapse footage alongside detailed charts. The charts are located directly below your video. Simply press play on the video and watch the line on the charts move with the time-lapse.
Library Tab
A Library tab that provides a 30-day (Silver) or 60-day (Gold) video library of your footage.
How to upgrade to an AWN Enhanced Camera Subscription
In order to upgrade your AWN Weather Camera resolution and storage capabilities, you must ensure your Ambient Weather Station and weather camera are connected to AWN.
- Sign in to your AWN Account on a desktop.
- Select the AWN logo on the top left to open the menu.
- Go to the Devices Tab
- Select the device card of the weather station with the camera you want to upgrade.
- Select "view details" next to Weather Camera
- Select the "Upgrade" button to view the subscription tiers.
- Select "Upgrade" under the tier you want to upgrade to.
- Follow the instructions for entering your payment information to complete your subscription.
How to manage your subscription
All new subscriptions are set to auto-renew. To change your subscription follow the steps below. If you do not currently have any active subscriptions this section will not appear.
- Login to your AWN account on a desktop.
- Click your avatar image on the bottom left.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section labeled "Manage Subscriptions."
- Toggle on or off the Auto-renew button next to your subscription.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my subscription cover more than one camera?
No, subscriptions are per camera. If you have two cameras, you will need two subscriptions.
Can I pay for an annual subscription?
Yes, this option will be available soon.
Where can I access my new camera dashboard tabs and subscription features?
Right now, the enhanced camera subscription and dashboard tabs are only accessible on the desktop version of AWN. iOS and Android access are coming soon.
Can I downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can downgrade your subscription at any time by following the "Upgrade your Subscription" steps above, but instead of an "upgrade button" you will see a "downgrade button."
What if I upgrade in the middle of a month?
We will pro-rate the cost of the new tier with your payment of the lower tier. For example, if you were at the silver tier and upgraded to the gold tier mid-month, $2.50 would apply to your gold tier subscription for that month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, to cancel your subscription, simply downgrade to the free standard tier.
Can I add more than 1 credit card to my account?
At this time, we are only accepting one card per account.
