Internet Corrected Time Is Off By One Hour. Time Zone And Daylight Savings Time (DST) Are Entered Correctly.

The internet corrected time can be off by one hour even if the time zone and Daylight Savings Time (DST) is entered correctly due to a bug in the firmware.

If AC power is cycled with the back up battery installed (normal conditions), the clock will be off by one hour during Daylight Savings Time.

To correct this, as a workaround, add +1 to your time zone. For example, if you live in the Eastern Time Zone, your time zone is normally set to -05. Set to -04 temporarily during DST.
Press the RESET button on the back of the display console. You will be required to re-enter all of the settings again.
