Ambient Weather Support

On June 14, 2018, we discovered a bug in Firmware Versions 4.0.0 that stops the updates to Wundergr0und.com if WeatherCloud.net settings are entered.

To temporarily resolve this issue, from the console configuration tool awnet, clear out the settings for WeatherCloud.net and select Save. Wunderground.com will begin updating.

To permanently fix this issue, update the Firmware to Version 4.0.2.

To upgrade the firmware, launch awnet  app from your Mobile Device or Tablet,  and select the Upgrade Firmware link.

If you are running Firmware 3.x.x, you can upgrade your firmware to the latest version by converting your console from WS-2902 to WS-2902-A.

The WS-2902A makes it easier to set up and broadcasts a WiFi signal to connect your device directly to the console.
